MACHINE SURVEYS:                                                                                                                         

          An initial visit by our Engineers to view the types of on-site plant and equipment and discuss

          the customers requirements.

          A detailed report would be submitted, outlining our recommendations as to what work is required.

          This report would include a fully detailed quotation for your approval.

          TURNKEY RELOCATION OF PLANT:

           Full mechanical dismantling and preparation work for all types of machinery moves.

           Transportation, reassembly and installation leading to re commissioning of the equipment ready

           to be put back into production.

           Any necessary repair work and system upgrades including software backups can be carried

           at this time.

            All electrical work (from high voltage to electronics) for machinery relocation can be carried

            by our approved electrical contractors.

            TRANSPORTATION AND CRANEAGE:

            Transportation for all sizes of machinery and parts can be arranged.

            Transport with lifting facilities and the supply of cranes can also be provided.

            DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE:

            The design and manufacture of plant and equipment can be provided.

            Special purpose machines can be manufactured from conception through to completion.

            SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

            Additional requirements can be discussed in full with our Technical Engineers.

            Design proposals can be drafted by our design team for customer approval.

            Used machines and equipment such as Feeders, Stackers, Edge Banders,

            Through Feed drills, Single Line & Angle Plant saws can be sourced, fully reconditioned

            and adapted to work alongside existing machinery.

            PAINTING:

            At your request machinery can be repainted in colours of your choice.

           SERVICE AND REPAIR:

            We can carry out on site machine service, support and repair.

            Components which are damaged or faulty can be replaced with new or reconditioned

            subject to manufacturers tolerances and specifications being maintained.

            EDGE BANDER GLUE POT SERVICE:

            Existing Glue Pot units can be reconditioned . Old units are stripped down and cleaned.

            Recondition and repair any defective areas and all worn parts replaced with new, bringing

            old Glue Pots back to full working order.
